Once you log in to your account, you can see your properties
under your dashboard.
1. You
have options to Buy and Sell Land.
2. On
the right-hand side, you will see your profile name and down arrow.
3. Click
the drop-down arrow under your profile name and click on My Dashboard to
view more options.
4. You
can check all offers received on your properties under My Offers / Received Tab
5. You
can see all the properties you want to sell under My
Properties Tab. Click on Add New Property to request cash offer or
listing your vacant land.
6. On
clicking Add New Property, you can select Get Cash Offer or List
Property on Website. Select List Property on Website and click Continue.
7. Fill
in property State, County, Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN),
City, Zip and Size in acres and click continue.
8. Verify
if you are the legal owner or representative for seller and click Next.
9. If
property is under Trust or Company or if you are representing the
property owner as family member or agent select No and
click Next.
10. If Trust / Company, click on
that and next to fill company information
11. If you are
a family member, select Family Member and fill in the relationship with
the owner.
12. If you are
an Agent, then fill in the Agency Name and click Next.
13. Fill in contact details of all owners of the
property and click Save.
14. Fill in
additional owners of the property, if any, and click Save or click
Next
15. Provide
some basic information for buyers to understand your property and click Next!
16. Add engaging
Property Title and Description to attract buyers and click Next.
17. Set your
Price for Cash and/or for Seller Financing. For seller financing
you can adjust seller financing price, downpayment. Interest rate
and number of months you want to provide financing. Many buyers want
property on seller financing, so it helps to have that option. Note - The general interest rate limit need
to meet State’s Usury Law and Regulation
18. Provide Site
Visit details – To help with easier visitation, choose unsupervised visit.
If it’s a gated community or needs special access choose supervised visit in
which case, you will need to coordinate with the support team and accompany the
buyer to the site.
19. Upload
Pics and Video
20. Upload any
Survey or Due diligence report (optional) for buyer to review for their due
diligence.
21. Enter Property
Type, any improvements, HOA fees and Tax information.
22. Add Zoning
and Local Information (optional) to help buyers with their due diligence
23. Choose
Amenities and Property Use
25. Your
property is now submitted for listing and quality assurance. You add another
property or
26. You can
see your Property under My Dashboard > My Properties. You can add
another Property or edit or delete this property.
27. To Edit
or Delete the property you can click on 3 dots and choose the right
option.
28. To Edit
follow the prompts and Save changes. If you want to list the property,
then fill in all mandatory information till the end.
